Product Display Issues

When customers click on the main category for my products, i.e., "Pastured Pork" they get a note that says "no products were found". But if they go on to the second menu that drops down, i.e., "Hams" they will be able to see what I have. How do I get the proper information to show up when they click on the more general menu? www.wiseearthfoods.ca "Store"

when assigning the product to categories, it uses a multiple select list. use Shift + Click or CTL + Click (CMD + Click on Mac) to select each category and subcategory the product belongs to.

Still a problem with displaying products

Yes...I have categories and sub categories, but while the products do show up in the sub categories, they do not show up in the categories. If a customer doesn't follow the drop down menu to the sub categories and just clicks on the categories, it says there are no products to be shown. www.wiseearthfoods.ca

on the product update page, where you assign the products to categories, you must select both the top level category and subcategory to have the product show for both.
