Hi Webassist,

I am planning on setting my new “design-develop” web site business. A friend told me about your extension for Dreamweaver. I am a Dreamweaver enthusiast (because of production). I would buy your extension (specifically Data Bridge), but after doing some research I know you use msql instead of the new msqli. All of us know the problem that developers have with adobe dreamweaver and mysql (old technology). Here is my question: Is you extension “Data Bridge” going to use mysqli in future versions? If so, Do you have a date a date in mind? Then, and only then I would buy your extension with pleasure.

Thank you in advance.

We are currently working on eCart 6, that project is in the Beta phase right now, and we hope to complete it fairly soon.

Oncer eCart 6 is released, we will begin working on Data Bridge and adding support for MySQLi.

We don't have a date for when that will be released, but it is the next project on our list.

Thank you for your quick response. At the moment, and after doing some research I am buying the extension from DMXzone (Mysqli, PDO and Ajax). I am still thinking that your extension are a lot more productive, but again, I can buy them 'til they all support new and updated technology. Thank you again, and I hope I can buy your Data Bridge extension soon.
