eCart Checkout Wizard

I have a couple of questions about checkout wizard process. I need usps and ups shipping options on my website. How can I combine them? Should I move my user ID from the shipping websites to the production server to test on my local server or I can do that only when the website is online? Also eCart has just two options about PayPal account: Standard and Pro, but I registered PayPal Advanced, can i use it or I will have to register it as Pro?

I dont follow what you are asking about "moving the User ID", the shipping can be tested using a local server or the remote one.

You will need a paypal pro account.
