ship based zip code

I am a store that only delivers locally through a delivery service (cannot be post office or fedex). I need to be able to assign shipping costs based on zip codes. In what e-commerce can I do that? I have tried cafe commerce and a few other ecommerce carts that have promised they can do this, then after the store is set up tell me that they don't support this. This is the entire concept of my business. Please, please provide a clear answer. I am about to pull out my hair! Thanks!!!

You can achieve this using ecart, - if you store the shipping costs and zip codes into a table you can use this data when calculating the shipping, though you may need to do some hand coding.

Can you help me with that when I get there? Please?

Of course.

How much I can help depends on your level of expertise, and the time I have available.

If you get into real difficulties, there are a number of people who can offer advice, and I am sure Webassist can help through this forum or via a premium support ticket.
