Problems with Upload with DFP 2

I'm having problems with Digital File Pro 2, and that while the local mode Tood works well when trying to upload images to the remote hosting, pictures do not rise, the process is correct, but there is something that prevents the photos to upload your file and not displayed. In addition, the bar does not work as they get the error in the file that I send you herewith. Please indicate that it may be because the folders have write permissions and everything seems in order. Attached a file with the error and also the configuration of php on my remote server.

The code in the pages is the following:

<?php require_once('../../Connections/comite.php'); ?>
<?php require_once("../../WA_DigitalFilePro/HelperPHP.php"); ?>
<?php require_once( "../../WA_SecurityAssist/Helper_PHP.php" ); ?>
<?php
if (!WA_Auth_RulePasses("Logged in to administradores")){
WA_Auth_RestrictAccess("../../index.php");
}
?>
<?php
if (!function_exists("GetSQLValueString")) {
function GetSQLValueString($theValue, $theType, $theDefinedValue = "", $theNotDefinedValue = "")
{
if (PHP_VERSION < 6) {
$theValue = get_magic_quotes_gpc() ? stripslashes($theValue) : $theValue;
}

$theValue = function_exists("mysql_real_escape_string") ? mysql_real_escape_string($theValue) : mysql_escape_string($theValue);

switch ($theType) {
case "text":
$theValue = ($theValue != "") ? "'" . $theValue . "'" : "NULL";
break;
case "long":
case "int":
$theValue = ($theValue != "") ? intval($theValue) : "NULL";
break;
case "double":
$theValue = ($theValue != "") ? doubleval($theValue) : "NULL";
break;
case "date":
$theValue = ($theValue != "") ? "'" . $theValue . "'" : "NULL";
break;
case "defined":
$theValue = ($theValue != "") ? $theDefinedValue : $theNotDefinedValue;
break;
}
return $theValue;
}
}

$editFormAction = $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'];
if (isset($_SERVER['QUERY_STRING'])) {
$editFormAction .= "?" . htmlentities($_SERVER['QUERY_STRING']);
}

if ((isset($_POST["MM_insert"])) && ($_POST["MM_insert"] == "form1")) {
$insertSQL = sprintf("INSERT INTO gritoimagenes (imagen_url) VALUES (%s)",
GetSQLValueString($_POST['imagen_url'], "text"));

mysql_select_db($database_comite, $comite);
$Result1 = mysql_query($insertSQL, $comite) or die(mysql_error());

$insertGoTo = "../../grito_en_imagenes.php";
if (isset($_SERVER['QUERY_STRING'])) {
$insertGoTo .= (strpos($insertGoTo, '?')) ? "&" : "?";
$insertGoTo .= $_SERVER['QUERY_STRING'];
}
header(sprintf("Location: %s", $insertGoTo));
}

mysql_select_db($database_comite, $comite);
$query_gritoimagenes = "SELECT * FROM gritoimagenes";
$gritoimagenes = mysql_query($query_gritoimagenes, $comite) or die(mysql_error());
$row_gritoimagenes = mysql_fetch_assoc($gritoimagenes);
$totalRows_gritoimagenes = mysql_num_rows($gritoimagenes);?>

This could be due to a permissions problem on the up[load directory.

To see if there is a PHP error occurring, add the following at line 1 of your poage:

php:
<?php

error_reporting
(E_ALL);
ini_set('display_errors','on');
?>

as for the progress bar, make sure the entire WA_DigitalFilePro folder is uploaded to the server, if you continue having problems, please post a link where I could see you page.

The problem persist

Friends, the problem persists, ie, receive the same error despite having done upload the entire folder WADP2, still receive the error:

Webpage error details

Message: 'WADFP_Theme_Options' is undefined
Line: 149
Char: 1
Code: 0
URI: prensa.php

The question is this what I have in the backend of the website, and reproduced on different pages that need to manage, that is, where should I upload images.

What could be the problem?

Please post a copy of the prensa.php page so I can investigate further.

to trouble shot why the image is not uploading, make sure that the page does not redirect to another page. Then add the following at line 1:

php:
<?php

error_reporting
(E_ALL);
ini_set('display_errors','on');
?>

This will let us know if there is a php error occurring.

next, go to the bindings panel and expand the WA Uploaded Files Global group and drag the debug info binding to your page. now test an upload and post back the debug info and any php errors if the appear.
