review system

hello am pretty much new on dreamweaver but i have a project to do for a course am having, i've pretty much got the whole website but i have to implement a reviews system which will show the reviewers name, the number of reviews from that reviewer, the date, review title, the actual review and a 5 star rating system on more than one element and the admin of the website must be able to add/edit/delete the reviews which takes us to the point that i need to have some kind of account creation and login.. this system will be in various points of the website..

Am new to this so please i'd like a guide as detailed as possible..

Thanks in advance.

using a star rating system will take some custom coding to accomplish.

there are many scripts available for implementing a star selection. here is a tutorial that i found through google:
http://net.tutsplus.com/tutorials/html-css-techniques/building-a-5-star-rating-system-with-jquery-ajax-and-php/

that goes through creating the UI, and submitting a retrieving the rating.

it wont be online, we'll be using it offline from a computer if that changes anything

That really only means that you would need to set up a local testing server, making the pages would be the same process.

You still need to create this by hand using a Jquery script.
