Can't access my extensions

Can't access my extensions

When I go into my account under the new design, there are no downloads available. All it says is "No current extensions have been purchased." I have most of WA's extensions so that is incorrect. I hope I can get this resolved before the weekend. Thanks.

Send a message to our sales department and include an order number, they will be able to track down the order to determine why it is not showing in your account:

I filled out the website contact form but haven't heard anything. This isn't about one order but my entire suite collected over several years. I don't necessarily have a lot of order numbers to give. My account is just blank under the new website.

I understand that it is not abut 1 order, but if we can find one of them, we will likely find the others.

Just to be on the safe side, add one of the order numbers to the private section, and I will forward it to the sales department.

I can't right now, that information is not at my current work site. I'll have to check back later.

Later: I did get an email from sales and gave them the information. Alas it was probably too late before folks headed off for the weekend. I'm worried that I'm even identified as anonymous in the forums, it appears my entire WA history has been erased with the upgrade to the new website. Very inconvenient timing going into this weekend and a project to work on but beyond my control at this point so I'll see what Monday brings.

Exact same thing happened to me. My account is gone.

I've contact via the contact form last week, provided order numbers, left a call with Ray B. and still haven't heard anything...

My experience with the WA crew has been outstanding until now.

I am having the exact same issues. I have been a WA customer since 2008 and now everything I have purchased over that period of time is not showing up under Downloads as well. I get the same message as anonymous above.

Please advise on how I should move forward. Thank you for your time.
