Disappearing File?

Disappearing File?

I am having an odd problem with UE. When I choose to use DW to edit the email body the file it creates is disappearing. Meaning, it is there when I am editing it, but as soon as I save the file, it's gone. The file is does not show in the folder it says it exists in while I am editing it. Has anyone else seen this? The only real problem I am having is that is has been uploaded to the server once, and now it is not updating the server file when I make changes to the local file.

Thank You,
Bob

It is a temporary file that should disappear. The contents of the file should be stored as the email body and should be updated when you upload the Universal Email folder.

Same problem,

Hi I have the same problem, but in my case I use 4 different forms in one site. And if i have 2 files with forms opened in CS4 UE mix both.

And the real problem is, I edit first the HTML format, and after save it, I usually edit the TEXT format. but now the UE app shows empty and I have to close and open again the same file.

Do you have the latest verison of UE installed? Please open a support incident with this issue. It sounds like something a support engineer will need to look into. I am not familiar with that problem.
