WA Error when opening DW

I have uninstalled all web assist products trying to get my sprys working again and get the following error when opening DW. (CS6 Cloud)

Unable to find file WA_SiteTools_ProgressV2.htm in the Configuration/Floaters directory. The floater will not be shown.

go to Window -> Work Space layout -> Reset '<your layout name>'

and Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
common_installation_issues.php
