Free PDF Help

Is it possible to set up free a pdf download through my mycafecommerce store?

It looks like the store located at bbstore.mycafecommerce.com is capable of this, but I can't determine how to configure a similar result on my store.

I have uploaded the pdf with no problems and set price at $0.00. When an order is placed, the cart appears to take the order, but then the order gets hung up when it sends payment information to Paypal which rejects the transaction because it is a $0.00 sale.

How can I emulate the bbstore pdf download process? Is it possible to eliminate the need to go to Paypal for a $0.00 transaction.

Thanks

Cafe Commerce does not support 0 dollar transactions.

it looks the bbstore site was configured to use paypal standard which is no longer supported, so it may have worked with the older gateway, but will not be supported with the newer ones.

if you wish to offer a pdf for free, you will need to link to it on your site rather than make it a product that can be purchased.

Hi,
I really do not believe that the free PDF services online have so many professional functions as the paid ones. As for me, I am also testing about the related PDF toolkits these days, and I want to look for a fine professional 3rd party
PDF toolkit whose way of processing is simple and fast to help me with the related PDF manipulating work. It will be better if it is totally manual and can be customized by users according to our own favors. Do you have any ideas about it? Or any good suggestion? Thanks in advance.

Best regards,
Arron

3rd party PDF toolkit? It seems that this issue can be solved by such a PDF tool. But, definitely, free to download PDF created is a good idea.
