Let us know if this does not solve your problem and also post back with the version of DW you are using including the build number, this info can be found under Help > About by clicking on the scrolling text.
Good job Eric, I should have thought of that. Now if you could just talk Ray into getting rid of these "captcha" images....
Hi,
I can not access to the color picker, When I go to Window menu, PalettePicker is not there?
What happens, where else can I access to it ?
Im using DW CS4 on Windows.
thanks.
The PalettePicker panel should be selectable from the Window menu within Dreamweaver. If it is not available this would indicate that it is not installed properly on the system. When you installe this did you use the extension manager to install the extension in your CS4? Please let us know what version you have. You should try to uninstall and re-install to see if it helps clear up the problem.
I have been trying to download the Palette Picker but I keep getting an error message stating that I need to install Adobe Extension CS3. It's already installed but I still get the error message. Also, when I attempt to download, the default file to open is Adobe Extension CS4. There is no option for CS3 - only Dreamweaver CS3 which I have but it still won't download.
The extensions should be downloaded to your hard disk first. Once you have downloaded them you can use the extension manager to install them, just click on the install and browse to the extension. Let us know if you continue to have any problems with this.
When I attempt to install the extension manager, it says that it is already installed. Then, I go to Dreamweaver to manage extensions and the extension doesn't show up. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
Thanks for your help, I now have the problem resolved. When installing the extension from Dreamweaver, I to browse for the correct extension to install.
Glad to hear you have it worked out. Installing extensions with the Extension Manager is not always the most straight forward experience.
