Redirects to results pages not happening

Redirects to results pages not happening

Newly installed Databridge, and CS6.

My first testing: using "cool" theme.
Insert, Results, and Update all created.

From the results page, click on Insert.

New page inserts, but the result goes to the Update page.

Add contents in update, it refreshes to update.

Previous version of DA, after insert and update, it went to results page.

A bug? Or have I done something incorrectly?
if a bug, where can I adjust the redirect to results? I haven't found it yet.

thanks

I think I found what I need to change but to what?

php_self to what?

form class="Cool_Default" id="Update_Cool_Default" name="Update_Cool_Default" method="post" action="<?php echo(htmlentities($_SERVER["PHP_SELF"], ENT_QUOTES)."?".

Mac flavor.

More testing. Using the "unstyled" it provides links to "back to results." Any reason why the other styles wouldn't have this option?

So not a bug, just a change. I'll make a template to deal with it.

Wish list:
1) Provide option for redirect after form filled out.
2) Provide option to pick up older styles so when adding to existing sites, they can use Pacifica, etc to match.

Thanks.

all styles should have the redirects in place,to troubleshoot i would need to see a copy of the pages that are not working.

Zipped if that's what you need. I made a movie to show how hard it is to use it also. Frustrating.

The sluggishness of the controls is an issue we are aware of, it is an issue with the image controls on the Mac platform. We will release an update in the next week or 2 to address that issue. We will need to use a different control type for adding pages and columns.

As for the redirects, The Insert and Update usually redirect to the details page, since you did not create a details page, they are both redirecting to the update page.

you can edit the insert and update behaviors to change where the redirects go.

ah... Stupid of me not to realize that.

Great on the update for macs. Hope it is soon 'cause of pending projects.

Thanks!

One snag in that explanation. If you view the movie I posted, it doesn't let me make the darn detail page! :-)

If mac is having issues, is there one preset design that works better than another? The unstyled one worked on another project but of course, leaves out the ease of designing it quickly.
