Responsive Gallery?

Thread began 4/30/2012 9:19 am by ilovefeetonfridays438648 | Last modified 4/30/2012 12:22 pm by Jason Byrnes | 877 views | 1 replies |

Responsive Gallery?

Im working on a site for my client, he previously had it designed by someone else however is having some major issues across different devices and screen sizes.

They currently use PowerGallery on the site, I really like the backend management of the images. I have however been having a lot of trouble making the frontend gallery remotely responsive... Is there any way to make to adjust size at all to fit different screens or mobile devices more effectively?

Failing that is it possible to use a different frontend such as Galleria which has far more flexibility and customization via an XML or JSON output from PowerGallery? The gallery is the last part of the site to fix and id rather avoid switching them over to a different cms as the frontend the only thing that I don't like.

Any help would be great!

power gallery designs do not support mobile devices.

the gallery creates an rss fead using the mediarss.php file of the images for the gallery.

you may be able to use this in another gallery, but this is not necessarily supported.

the mediarss.php file takes a querystring variable named gallery to determine which gallery to return images for:

you will need to hand code any integration of the mediarss feed to your gallery
