No payment gateway

If i'm not using a payment gateway, where does the order information go? I'm assuming it would be sent in an email to my client, but I don't see that option in the checkout wizard. Also, how do edit the checkout wizard? I don't see it in the server behaviors.

if you have Universal Email or CSS Form Builder, you will have the option in the checkout wizard to generate an email receipt.

also in the checkout wizard is an option to store order information to a database, you will be able to configure this if you have a database connection configured.

The checkout wizard is not reentrant, if you wish to re run the checkout wizard, you will need to delete the original checkout pages that are created first.

the checkout wizard creates the checkout pages and adds server behaviors to them, those server behaviors will be listed in the server behavior panel, to make minor changes, you can edit the server behaviors.

I assumed the email receipt went to the customer. So, the only place the order information can go is to the database. How is the seller informed when an order has been placed?

I've been looking for the Email Object info in the Server Behaviors and can't find it.

An email can be sent to the seller if you have the Universal Email or CSS Form builder extensions

if you only have eCart, and email cannot be sent, eCart does not include the functionality for sending the email, that is included in CSS Form Builder, eCart can leverage CSS form builder to send the email if it is installed.

you will only be able to find it if you have CSS Form builder of Universal Email installed.

if universal Email is installed when yo run the checkout wizard, you will have the option to configure the email receipt as long as you are selecting the no gateway option, or one of the local checkout methods.

I did that, but would now like to update the Email Object and can't find it.

the email server behavior is added to the confirm page.

open the confirm, then go to the server behaviors panel and double click the Universal Email server behavior.

I don't see it in the Server Behaviors for the Confirm page. Attached is a screen shot of the panel.
