Hi

Can you tell me how to edit the design/templete after all pages a made, i have used one of the templates and edited the nav ext but now need to add/edit the header/footer on all pages but i cant edit the template page?

you will need to edit the Templates/sitesculptor_template.dwt.php file to make changes to the pages after they have been created.

HI

Thanks for the information. i have updated the footer on the Sitesculptor_tempalte.dwt.php and its not updated the footer on all the pages?

also i need to add contact email and phone number to the header i want the logo left and the conatc email/phone number float right, i have added a div around the logo and tried to add another one and flate one left and one right but it dont work?

when you make a change to the template, you should be prompted to apply the changes to the site p[ages.

if you are not being prompted to apply the changes, go to Modify -> Templates -> Update pages to force dreamweaver to update pages based on the template.

I need to edit the template/css so in the header so i can float one div to the left and one to the right witout effection the layout, can you tell me what css properties/divs to add.

you will need to know the name of the class for each div and add a float property to the class selectors to float to the left or right accordingly.

HI

ok i have done it and have updated the template and pages but when i test local i get one issue, the text in the email address and telephone number changes fonts?

also please see webtransformations.co.uk/projects/index.php i have uploaded it there and is not showing on all pages just the index page its not picking up the css on the other pages please help asap

you need to add the class to the sitesculptor_assets/content/css/content.css file also.


do you mean that it changes font size? it looks like it is using the same font as the rest of the page to me, only the size is different. you can change the size by adding a font-size property to the contact style
