Unable to generate session variables

Hello,

I have followed all the advice and read all the threads I could regarding this issue with no positive results. I cannot seem to get a session variable to display other than the std SecurityAssist_UserID value. I have opened both Authenticate User SB's, opened the Session tab and selected each field I wished to store in a varable, the columns are written into the page code but I am unable to call any variable without an error occuring.

Notice: Undefined index: UserEmail in C:\xampp\htdocs\..\registration\index.php on line 285

I added several fields as session variables and included the <?php var_dump($_SESSION); ?> line to see if any were defined only to get the following line returned:

array(5) { ["WAENCRYPTEDRETURNUSED"]=> bool(false) ["WAENCRYPTEDRETURNSUCCESS"]=> bool(false) ["random_answer"]=> int(36) ["captcha_Security_Code"]=> string(5) "st2E4" ["SecurityAssist_UserID"]=> string(2) "10" }

I am also unable to define any custom Rules to show/hide regions using SA Access Rules Manager which I am assuming is a related issue, if anyone has any advice regarding this issue it would really save me a great deal of aggrevation at ripping the hair out of my skull ;)

Thanks in advance,

Gary

Tried all methods again, this time I applied all session variables before applying the site assist template and all works correctly, still, shouldn't the two systems be compatible?

hard to tell what the problem may have been without seeing the code.
