IE8 does not display rounded corners and background image?

IE8 does not display rounded corners and background image?

When I view a PS 4.5 site in internet explorer 8 the site does not display correctly with rounded corners and a background image. (Modified Crazy theme). The site functions and seems to work alright in ie8.

If I use ie9 or Firefox it looks great with rounded corner poids and a repeating background image.
Is there some kind of workaround for ie8 or possibly I have a file issue?

Thank you.

No, this is an issue with IE 8 not recognizing the CSS 3 standard.

IE 9 and firefox both use the CSS 3 standard which offers CSS Support for rounded corners, IE 8 does not.
