How do I create the Super Admin account I read about?

How do I create the Super Admin account that I read about in one of the posts?
This is something I really need to do.
I am going to hand a PS 4.5 site over to a client with not much experience at all.

What is the best way to backup an exact working replica of the site just in case it gets a bit messed up in the near future?

I am using Dreamweaver CS.
The site is hosted at GoDaddy.

Thanks again WA.

the Super Admin account is the Username and Pasword combination that you create during the install of power store. the Supper Admin account is created by default.

you can create other Admin accounts while logged in as the super admin by going to User -> Add User and setting the user group to Administrator.

to back up your power store, Save a copy of all the power store files for your site, and back up the database using phpMyAdmin to export the data base to a sql file.
