Latest email on upgrading eCart 5 is faulty

I have tried to update my current version of eCart but, when I log in to my account, I am only offered it at $79.99 as opposed to the $49.99 offer that I received from you in your email today.

Please advise how I can upgrade my current version of eCart to eCart 5 at the price advertised.

After logging in, go back to the email you received and click the link in the email.

On the page that opens initially, click the add to cart button.

Thanks

Hi Jason

Thanks for your reply but how were Members supposed to know how to download that extension at the advertised price? I suggest that some thought needs to go into ensuring that Members have an easier task than was presented to me.

Also where do I find the directory WA_eCart/WA_eCart_USPS_PHP.php? I have been asked to update a file but do not know the path to it.

Would appreciate your assistance

Regards

Peter

well, really, you dont need to even log in, you just need to click the link in the email, then click the add to cart button on the page that comes up.

the WA_eCart folder will be created in the sites that you create with eCart. it will be created at the root of the site.

thje WA_eCart/WA_eCart_USPS_PHP.php file will only be created after you have run the checkout wizard and have selected to use USPS Shipping rate lookup.
