Urgent - Data Assist Sort and CS5.5

Urgent - Data Assist Sort and CS5.5

Hi,

Is Data Assist Sort compatible with CS5.5? I have two different installations of this, both of MAC and each time I go to apply the Sort Behaviour on either machine it crashes Dreamweaver.

When I go to add the Server Behaviour the Web Assist Window comes up as normal but when I press OK Dreamweaver just bombs out.

Any ideas? Has it been tested on CS5.5 on the MAC?

Cheers
Ian

have you tried Deleting the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
common_installation_issues.pdf

if you still have a problem after deleting the cache file let me know and I will start a support incident so we can look into this with you.

Hi Jason,

Yes, done that several times but still the same problem.

Out of interest, one of my MACs has Snow Leopard on it and the other Lion. Both have C5.5 and DA 2.08 so it looks like its CS5.5 and DA 2.08 that is potentially the sticky point.

Cheers
Ian
