ProductLive issue

My client is adding new products that won't be available for a few weeks. He is not checking the box for "available for sale" which is related to the field ProductLive = 0 (1 for live, available). All ok.

But, when the product is ready to be taken live, in the admin it is not available to edit. There is a blank area after a search, you can see that something should be there, but it can't be updated.

The link when clicking on update has this

store/admin/products_results.php?ProductID=

and no ID to return a result.

I went into the mysql and changed ProductLive = 0 to 1 and then the product showed up in the admin.

But the client won't be able to take this step. He will need to access from within the cart admin.

Any advice?

Thanks

I think this is resolved. I did tests this morning and if I enter enough details about the product, it can be found later. I don't know what the client was doing, but perhaps not having enough details included in starting the new pending product contributed to this.

Thanks.

More information. Client said for inventory, he was using -1 instead of 0. Mystery solved.
Posting in case anyone has this come up.

Thanks!
