Shipping not on checkout page

Shipping not on checkout page

I have "shipping enabled" marked, several rules set up.

But when testing checkout, there is no shipping selection for shopper.

Screenshots attached. What am I doing wrong, please.

I'm not sure why it isn't working. I've opened a support incident so that we can look into this with you directly. Is it possible that the item you have added is marked as a digital good? Or did you check the box in the product update page that says "don't count for shipping"? Either of those would cause it to not show shipping for this item.

This isn't familiar. I'll see if I can find that option. None are digital goods.

Here is a screen shot of that option on the product update page... if that last checkbox is checked it won't be included for shipping rules. Your product must also have a weight that is greater than 0 or it won't be considered for shipping.
