PEAR email in Powerstore

PEAR email in Powerstore

I'm still chasing my tail with this ISP that has crippled mail(). I have successfully used phpmailer but I'd like to try again using UE PEAR mail. Correct me if I'm wrong. It looks like the steps to convert to PEAR in the powerstore would be:
1. change the include from
"WA_Universal_Email/mail_PHP.php" to "WA_Universal_Email/PEAR_Mail_using_SMTP_PHP.php" each place it occurs.

2. change:
$WA_MailObject = WAUE_Definition("".($WAGLOBAL_Email_Server) ."","25","","","","");
$WA_MailObject = WAUE_Definition("","".($WAGLOBAL_Email_Server) ."","25","xxauthentication accountxx","xxauthentication passwordxx","true","","","","");
each place that occurs.

Have I missed anything?

It has been a while since I have done it outside of Universal Email

Really if you use Universal Email you could open up the Server behavior and choose pear and fill in the fields and everything will be done for you.

I do believe that you are correct though... those are the only two things that would actually be updated.
