Power Gallery Slideshow Not Functioning

Hi i have used the dark theme slideshow with blinds effect but i cant get the slideshow to work on my page. The images are just appearing below one another statically. The code i have inserted into the body is:

<?php
$pg_id = '1';
$pg_theme = 'dark';
include('D:/Hosting/7445629/html/powergallery/galleries/slideshow_blinds/index.php');
?>

The page link is below where you can see the problem;

cocohome.php

Im also wondering how i get the images to display exactly the same size as they are when uploaded them, to ensure there is not image degradation and to preserve the proportional constraints?

As you can see from the link to my page above powergallery is stretching the images.

I have resolved this issue by replacing the global php after reading the sticky.
