in the CSSMenuWriter/cssmw/menu.css file change:
[code]ul#cssmw ul.level-1 {
height: 30px;
left: 0;
padding-top: 40px;
}[code]

to:

ul#cssmw ul.level-1 {
height: 30px;
left: 0;
margin-top: 40px;
}

I did try this margin instead of padding

Hi I have loaded the coding as you suggested and now the top link will work but I can not click any of the links underneath Youth Conditioning. I stayed up until 3 am last night and have worked on it all today. Grrrr...not sure what else I should try. Any help you can provide is so very much appreciated. :-)

Holding Mouse down

I also found out that if I hold the mouse down and go down the list, release the mouse and then click on the menu ie What is youth conditioning, then I can get the menu to work below Youth conditioning

hmmm, try using:
top: 100%;

in place of:
margin-top: 40px;
