Uninstall HTML Editor to Fix an other issue not Uninstalling - Really!

It seems that the html editor that I need to uninstall so I can fix the CSS Form Builder by uninstalling this plugin and reinstalling a newer "beta" and then reinstall the HTML editor is not uninstalling. Not sure if that is clear. So anyway the HTML Editor is not uninstalling. Now what?

It has been at it for over 20 minutes now.

Finding these tools real frustrating and a big time sink. I purchased them to speed up my work not trap me in a forum looking for clues on how to get things done. Want my money back now.

HTMLEditor can take a bit of time to uninstall, I have seen it take an hour in some instances, there are many files that need to removed, and the Extension manager will remove the files one at a time. One thing that can add to the time it takes to uninstall HTML Editor is having many files stored in the systems trash or recycle bin.

If you give it some time, HTML editor will uninstall.
