Allowing client to pick layout and color scheme

I am attempting to automate some of the choices for clients for sites I create for them that are created by SiteAssist Pro. Ideally I am trying to create a web-based choice system that will let them:

  1. Choose a WA SiteAssist Pro Layout from a graphical representation of each one.
  2. With that template, allow them to choose a Design where as they change the design what they see changes (WYSIWYG)
  3. Once they have those two selections, I will want to save it to a database and trigger an email to me to let me know that the client has made their choices.

Has anyone done this or can help me with some ideas on this. My ultimate goal is to use the WA tools (I have the Super Suite) but reduce the phone or face time with the clients that are going to have simple templated websites.

Thanks for your ideas!!!
