UE will not send mail or attach docs

Hi I have just purchased the product and I find that what ever I do it will not send mail or attach a document to it. I have read all the help files, watched the videos and am at a loss on how it is supposed to work. I have uploaded all the files etc and replaiced the test page many times but still no joy.

In order to upload files from a form it would need enctype="multipart/form-data" like:

<form id="form1" method="post" enctype="multipart/form-data" action="">

The enctype would have only interfered with the attachment. If the email doesn't send, then the problem is likely in the settings or server configuration.

That information is on the page: webassist/email/waue_email_2.php

if you attach a copy of that, then I might be able to make a suggestion based on what I see.

A way for you to debug is to add:

<?php var_dump($_SESSION); ?>

to the page and it will write information about the email being sent including any errors.

UE not sending

After checking every part of the mail page I checked the mail on the hosting server and with Horde and Squirrel mail, the messages were being forwarded to a Yahoo email account, but the server failed to deliver them telling me it was an invalid address. I have changed the mail delivery route and everything works fine but now every time a message is submitted it sends two copies, any suggestions?

Are you sending the email "before page load" and submitting the page to itself? What trigger are you using? Do you maybe have the TO and BCC or CC set to the same email address?
