Translators errors: WA Universal Email.htm: has

I am using Webassist products for the first time, I am getting errors when open any pages in DW3,

Error:"The following translators were not loaded due to errors:
WA Universal Email.htm: has configuration information that is invalid.
WAFB_Form.htm has configuration information that is invalid.
WA_DFPProgressBar.htm has configuration information that is invalid.
WA_iRite_Trans.htm: has configuration information that is invalid."

This error opens on all pages and cannot use dw at all!

I not sure if I need to remove extention and reinstall? help?

Have you tried deleting the winfilecache .dat file with DW closed? That is often the issue with odd errors like this.

If that doesn't help, post back and we'll open a support ticket and investigate it with you over the phone directly.
