Change location of slideshow controller on dissolve design

Change location of slideshow controller on dissolve design

Hi all,

I'm using the dissolve design. Love it, but the placement of the slideshow controller smack dab in the middle is kinda strange. looking at slideshow.js it's not apparent how I could change this easily... (beginner at js).

How could I place the controller in say, the bottom right hand corner of the image?

Cheers,

Alex

Do you have a url where I can look at the page? I might be able to look at it and give precise directions of what to change and where.

Not sure if the photographer wants to have the URL out in the open as of yet, sorry :( It's just the standard dissolve design, with some border/background changes to the css. Nothing else is different.

I think if you look in the location:

/galleries/slideshow_dissolve/css/common.css

you will find the .pg-sd-controller css and you can change the margin setting to move it around the page.

if that doesn't work you may need to adjust it in the .js which appears in the file:
galleries/slideshow_dissolve/js/gallery.js on line 104.

this.controllerWrapper.setStyle('margin-top', '-' + ((this.options.showThumbnails ? 40 : 0) + 21) + 'px');

that could be updated to a different margin like:

this.controllerWrapper.setStyle('margin-top', '100px');
