InsertRecord locks up Dreamweaver

When I choose Insert Record from Server Behaviors panel, an error msg says: "While executing onLoad in WAAB_Omsert_SB.htm, a JavaScript error occored." Click OK and the Insert Record Wizard window is blank and Dreamweaver is locked up, requiring a Force Quit.

delete the Dreamweaver cache file from the users configuration folder:
common_installation_issues.pdf

I deleted the .dat file, but as soon as I double-click on InsertRecord the error msg pops up and DW is frozen

what version of Dreamweaver are you using?

Can you send a screen shot of the extension manager window showing the extensions you have installed and versions.

I am so fed up with these WebAssist apps. they are such a tease. The video promos sound great, but every time, after going through all the steps, in all the different apps I have, right when you think it worked... bang! up pops an error message and the whole process is down the ****ter, AGAIN! The only WebAssist app I've been able to make work is the simple CSS Menu. I thought I had eCart working until I got to the Universal email app which crashed all my nice eCart functionality. If you guys were based in the USA I'd file a complaint with the State Attorney General's office...

I have created a support ticket so we can look into this issue further.
