Cart showing on the fly

Cart showing on the fly

I have a client who is wanting a shopping cart similar to the dell website where customization via radio buttons will appear in the cart as the button is clicked or similarly be taken out as the radio button is unclicked.
I know that I can have a cart on the same page as the input fields, so is it possible to make updates appear like this without clicking on a add to cart button and then when ready to checkout then go to cart?

no, ecart will not be able to do this without extensive hand coding that will not be supported.
