Email body does not change in email receipt

I tried to make a correction to the UE email receipt that is sent with ecart 5 and the changes are not getting through to the waue_confirm_1.php. It seems that the header changes are taking but not the body corrections.
What might be causing this?
Just to be clear, when I edit the email receipt via the wizard all appears as it should be but when i then view the actual document the body changes have not been made. Fields are not included and addtional table columns are not added. They are in the wizard when I check it but not in the actual receipt.

it sounds like you are not looking at the same file as the wizard.


When you run the wizard, it will look for the waue_confirm_1.php in the webassist/email folder at the root of your Dreamweaver, make sure that you are examining the same code that the wizard is.

When I double click on the Universal Email server behavior and the wizard opens and I click on the Dreamweaver edit button then a page opens named confirm_WAUE_HTML_WA_Universal_Email_1.php. Everything here is correct. I click file save and then in the preview screen all appears as it should be. However the WAUE_confirm_1.php file in the Universal Email folder does not have the same information and not even the same structure.

what version of universal email are you using?

please send a copy of your page and the Universal email folder in a zip archive.

I am using UE 4.01 and dreamweaver CS3. Pages are attached

I think this is a bug that happens sometimes when updating an email message from the previous version.

The issue is that the new version creates the email file at /webassist/email/ and not the WA_Universal email folder any more, but the path isn't updated in the code properly.

should probably be:

include("webassist/email/WAUE_confirm_1.php");
