Changing Computer

I want to upgrade from Windows 7 32-bit to 64-bit, how do I transfer my Webassist modules afterwards.

go to the download center page, click the clear activations button, then re download the extensions and install them on the new computer.

Moving computers

Hi Jason

Do I take it that Clear Activations removes the licence from my computer and puts it back on your server for me to take down again on my new computer?

yes, it deletes the activation from our servers.

Clear Activations

I'vd had to re-intall Windows 7 again for a second time, this time I forgot to clear activations for GoogleMaps Pro and DataAssist before I re-installed.

I re-installed Dreamweaver and GoogleMaps Pro, but it is now asking me for an activation key.

How can I get the keys back?

I have all of them for the other products in the SuperSuite as I have not activated them yet.

check your download center, there should be an activation key there now.
