eCart 4 Paypal Pro checkout Failure

I'm stumped. I keep getting sent to the checkout failure page and when i post the full response code that I got from other posts here I see no error messages at all. How could this be?

It could be a few things:

1) In the address bar, is there a shipping=failed querystring? This would mean a shipping rate error. What shipping provider are you using?

2) If the PayPal API Information is not correct, the paypal server may refuse the connection and send you to the failure page without a response.

double check the paypal information is entered correctly.

Thanks for the quick reply Jason. I originally had USPS as the shipper when I set up shipping, but I took it out after the pages were generated and I made USPS inactive in the eCart object settings for shipping.
I have a call out to my client to double check their paypal status but I did get an APE username, password and signature already so I'm not sure if that could be it.

Thanks again Jason. I now believe the issue to be with the paypal status as my client just emailed me that they had to redo the paypal pro today. lol

disabling the shipping in the ecart object will not disable the shipping rate lookup behavior.

If you are not going to use shipping, you need to remove the USPS Shipping behavior from the confirm page as well.

Thanks Jason, I did that as well.
