DA Search not searching

Dear Webassist,

I have a DA search on a page that I believe I had working but now it displays all the records regardless of search terms. The search is coming from a form containing two text fields "Sub" and "qy" these two fields are searching inside the FAQKeywords mysql field using the "OR".

I removed the WA search and reapplied it but this has not helped as I get the same problem. would be really grateful for some help. I have attached the page.
