Transferring Product Database from Powerstore 3 to 3.1 New Vesion

Hi Please help - Could you let me know how best to transfer my products from an older site with power 3 to a newer site with v3.1 - i have made a new site but want to import the old database- this is probably simple but im a little slow with this at present.

Your hosting provider most likely has a control panel using PHPMyAdmin to directly access the mySQL Database. you can use the export funtion to export your database to a SQL file, then on the new server, use the import function to import the SQL file to the new database.
