Spry panels breaking in Explorer

In Explorer only, getting a "object expected" char 1 error message for
this line

<script type="text/javascript">
var TabbedPanels1 = new Spry.Widget.TabbedPanels("TabbedPanels1");
</script>

This is the page:

schools-pre-kindergarten.php

works fine in other browsers...any insight, most appreciated...

This page, test.php is ok in explorer...

But when I add in the spry panels to that page, it breaks again in Explorer...
schools-pre-kindergartenTEST.php

Any assistance, most appreciated.

More testing....

Just the panel works fine in Explorer:

tester8.php

but when accordion added to page, whether on the page or as an include, the panel breaks:

tester7.php
Any ideas, most appreciated.

THanks

What version of DW are you using? I don't see a problem with the files, so I'm thinking maybe there could be a newer version of the spry .js files that fixes the problem?

Using DWCS5

thanks

also, the accordion is in an include on the original page, but my tests show that isn't the problem...

Here's something that may be an influence: the site was originally built a few years ago in DWCS4, then the updated panel page in CS5...

answered own question... the new tests did a new accordion in cs5

Well, to add the confusion I just tried to reproduce the problem and when I added both a tabbed and accordion from spry it worked fine on IE.

What other updates might have been done? I actually see that your .js files are different than mine. I'm not sure how because the version number is the same, but you seem to have older versions of the .js files. Your .css files worked fine when I replaced them, but as soon as I used your version of the .js files it stopped working on IE for me as well.

I will start a fresh page in another domain and see if the older domain done in 4 has kept old js....

Feel like a detective! :-)
