Changing password doesn't function ...


I have set up a Login/Registration functionality to an existing site.
Using the Solution Recipes I added password encryption.

So far the Registration, LogIn and Profile pages work properly,
but the Change Password Page I created doesn't work.

The new entered password doesn't show up in the database of my testing server.
I can't find the issue here ...
So if anyone has an idea ...
That would be great! :-)

Solution found

After reading another post her "Change password form not working"
I realised the issue is about the Session ID.

I inserted the Code posted in that Tread on line 1 ...
it occured an error ...

But with this code on line 1 it seems to function properly:

if (!isset($_SESSION)) {
