Checking availability issue in PowerStore 3

Checking availability issue in PowerStore 3

I am having a frustrating time getting a simple color option to display for my clients website. I created a color option in the advanced options section of PS3. The two colors for the product are black and white with different images, name and SKU number. However, when I selected the color options on the website, instead of seeing the different color image, all I get is the following message: "Checking availability."

Has anyone else had this problem? Any help or fix will be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Robert Crespo

It looks like the html has been changed on the detail page which is breaking the ajax call.

The first issue I see right now is the <p> which have the price is missing an id tag.

The id should be 'ProductPrice', so add an id attribute to the p tag:

<p id="ProductPrice">

there could be other issues but this the first error that i see which is stopping the script from continuing on the page.
