eCart does not go to cart_display just refreshes page

eCart does not go to cart_display just refreshes page

This page: choose_membership.php
to go to the cart_display.php but it simpy refreshes the page.

It was working perfectly on the previous server. We just switched servers. We are still waiting for the SSL certificate.
