You could write code in php to crop and image. That functionality is included in the GD library, so if you are familiar with writing php it should be possible.
So, its no in DFP2? what are those two nearly same things. Fix and BOX? They gonna do the same. cut the image and put it into a white box.
what is the use for that???
Denis
Not a white box, but a box with the background color of your choosing... and the background is only added in the fit to box scenario. If you only set a width or height then it would resize the image dimensions so that there is no need for a white background.
so, i thougth it was the crop. but it wasnt. I entered 100x100 and it works just like, max width or height. hmmmmmm.
will there be a crop function someday, cause this is very usefull.

Hello, you can workaround without php code... simply create a div and center horizontally and vertically the background image.
Fabio
How does that workaround work?
Do you mean, I say, taht the DIV only shows 100x100 pixel?
Hello, yes you can show only a portion of the pic.
