confirm page error #2 line 254 error

Hi,

I am also getting the following error, but only when I put a first or last name on the checkout page. When I just fill in the checkout page with an email address, it does not return an error.

This is the error that I am getting:
Warning: mail() [function.mail]: SMTP server response: 501 Syntax error, parameters in command "RCPT TO:<Jen Bar<jenbar@sum.com>>" unrecognized or missing in D:\www\smcyclo.com\sumidrive\WA_Universal_Email\mail_PHP.php on line 254

It should force you to fill in an email address on the checkout page in order to continue. The email address field is required in order to send email receipts properly.

Thanks Ray, but that was not my issue. The emailing aspect of it is working fine, in fact when I put an email address in, no problem, but if I put in any other information on the checkout.php page, it comes up with the error I gave you and doesn't do anything. Why do you think that is? Again, Thanks!

Somebody will need to debug this with you. Please post a support incident.

I did a couple hours ago. Do you know what the normal turn around time is?

The normal turn around is usually the same day. However our head of support is out this week until next Tues. so it could take longer than usual. We do have people standing in for him, but they don't have the experience so it is causing some delays.
