Footer Problem, can't get it to sit on the bottom.

Hej all,

I'm building a site for my wow guild in my spare time and i've run into a problem with the footer not sitting on the bottom.

I've tried so many fixes its driving me crazy.

Here is my HTML and .CSS:

Any help i would be very grateful! :D

Please give a hosted URL. It is difficult to debug out of context.
