Too many activations

I’m receiving the message…
To many activations.
The maximum number of activations for this software has been reached. To add additional activations visit WebAssist.com and purchase an additional license…..

The only reason I’m trying to activate this utility is because I’ve had to clear the cache, de-install and re-install all of my WA extensions on numerous occasions due to various errors (javascript cache error etc.) such as reported here…

You should be able to reset your activations. Near the top of your account Downloads page, there is a blue button for resetting them.

No. Your licence allows you to install WA extensions on two machines concurrently. But if you reset activations, you will have to re-activate on both machines according to this thread.

What Neilo is saying is correct. You would not have to purchase another license. You can clear activations on our site, but you will have to activate all your extensions again anywhere you have them installed. It is only if you want to install and activate on more than 2 locations concurrently that you would have to purchase another license.
