Email addresses and hyperlinks required

Email addresses and hyperlinks required

I have just installed Power CMS onto a web site and for the most part it worked very well.

However, if possible, it needs to have a facility to enter email addresses and particularly install hyperlinks. I have a page with six or so paragraphs, each dedicated to a Company they my Client deals with. Quite intentionally, at the beginning of each paragraph, is the name of that particular Company which also acts has a hyperlink to their own web site.

When I copied the text to the appropriate page all the hyperlinks were missing - only the actual text copied.

The installation of a hyperlink facility is essential if Power CMS is to be used extensively on web site development. The facility for an email address would also be welcome addition.

in regard to the hyperlink question, in the HTMLEditor there should be an "Insert/Edit link" button that you can click which allows you to add hyperlinks.

In regard to the email, I'm not sure i understand the question, could you explain a little more about what you are trying to accomplish?

Hi Dani

Thanks for your prompt reply.

As regards email addresses what I was suggesting is that if, on the original page from which you copy the text there is a dani@webassist.com entry possibly under an email me link that this was copied over to the text that will replace the old text - similar to the hyperlink issues I raised. Maybe it will be covered by your suggestion.

Maybe I missed the edit link for hyperlinks but I cannot find it. On which row does it sit?

I'll go and have another look for it.

Regards

Peter
