Private Ticket needed from Technical Support

I am in serious trouble with my client now - I posted yesterday, last night, and today with
no answer to my problem and my client is up my rear and screaming bloody murder. I have another build of PowerStore 3 that is functioning perfectly so I know my way around the program and know I set it up correctly because when I set up the payflow gateway with everything worked and did actual transactions. Two weeks later after loading more product in no sales will go through. I requested new authorization codes from Authorize.Net and plugged them in, nothing. I added a NEW product and voila! it worked.
I tried an older product and it wouldn't go through....I went back AGAIN and added another
new product...WOULDN'T what now? I need help asap or I am going to lose this client, a whole lot of money and a ridiculous amount of time loading product if this can't get straightened out. Please help me as soon as you can - the site in question is index.php
