powerstore and local settings

I have a couple of questions concerning powerstore

1. I have purchased powerstore and i want to create an e-shop in the greek language. As i live in greece, i want to edit the customer's checkout page to display city options for my countrie's cities, and not the US ones. Has anyone any idea on how to make such a modification?

2. Also, i want powerstore to be able to calculate the shipping costs for domestic deliveries (the products will be shipped only within the greek country) .
Is there a way that i can make powerstore calculate the total weight of products and then apply specific shipping costs other that fed ex and ups?

3. Is it possible to show Kgs and not Lbs in the backend?

I would appreciate any feedback in these issues.

Thanks in advance
