is there any update on this?

I removed the insert query and re did it. No change. I have many other pages with this insert query and they work fine. Also the insert query to this same table on another page also fails. It seems like the issue is the particular table? I've never come across this. The table updates fine but will not take an insert.

And.... that just made me to right to MySQL Workbench and see if I could manually insert a new value and it fails. On export/import to a new server, it looks like two fields were flagged as non-null with no default value????? I cleared the non-null and added NULL as default value, and now everything works.

How in the name of apples to changes like this happen????? I haven't gone near that table...
