mix up again
So after talking to 5 different FedEx agents, there is no reason for me to have to wait to try and get a shipping rate... it takes a week to process a test to print a shipping sticker, so the product can be shipped upon the customer's checkout.
Having said that, we should be able to go LIVE immediately, and I am still getting authentication failure notes everytime I try to process an order to get the shipping rate.
So I just talked to FedEx and they said there are only two reasons why I would be getting those authentication failure notes...
1. Because of a TYPO for the key/pw/account#/meter#
2. Because I am trying to ship instead of getting a rate
I do have a sense of what the problem might be... The numbers that FedEx are sending me are called Production Key and Production Password. However, on the eCart FedEx Shipping Server Behavior, the entrees are called Security Key and Security Password. Are these different keys and passwords?
